About Aluminum Bronze & Brass
We are offering Aluminium Bronze Bushes to our client. These alloys are tarnish-resistant and show low rates of corrosion in atmospheric conditions, low oxidation rates at high temperatures, and low reactivity with sulfurous compounds and other exhaust products of combustion. They are also resistant to corrosion in sea water.
Our core activity is Manufacturing “Centrifugal Castings” along with precision machining with the in-house machining facilities supplying both in Proof Machined and Machined Status. As we know that Centrifugal Castings are preferred over conventional castings due to its inherent qualities interms of near zero defects leading to higher reliability & strength.
Our Manufacturing Capabilities are:
- CNC, VMC 4+1 AXIS, MILLING, GRINDERS, DRILLS, Heavy Duty Lathe Machines for Machining
- Induction Furnace for Melting
- Centrifugal Casting Machine types in Cantilever, Horizontal and Vertical
- Production Capacity from 0.100.Kg to 8000.Kg. (OD 30mm to 150mm) (Length 10mm to 300mm)
