Castings (Individual Casting), which contain the mixture of free and combined carbons and enhance the working life of these piston rings. In order to achieve high abrasive wear, hard chromium of these piston rings is electro-deposited on the periphery of rings. Oil control rings are plated with chromium on their fully radiused edges, which offer a wear resistance wiping surface, free of sharp corners or cutting edges, which may cause bore wear. Each iron ring of these piston rings is parco lubrized and it produces a lightly etched surface. This type of surface provides oil retaining phosphate coating, minimizes scuffing, assists running-in and affords some protection during stotage.

Tin based overlays possess excellent corrosion resistance and cavitation resistance. Overlay multilayer system of Sn alloy deposited on the bi-layer the overlay thickness due to varying content of copper (soft top layer and hard bottom layer of the overlay). Such multilayer Bearings & Bushings are capable to withstand alternating loads up to 11600-13000 psi (80-90 MPa).
Hardness of tin-copper overlays is 20-30 HV.

      Addition of nickel to cast iron produces fine grains, helps formation of graphite and prevents formation of white hard iron nickel & copper ensure an austenitic structure. The matrix of cast iron is strengthened through promotion of the fine pearlite by the addition of molybdenum.

      Valves developed from CuZnAl-alloy & grey cast iron alloy with high phosphorous content to offer high wear resistance as well as improver the years working properties in poor lubrication conditions. The inner bore of these valve guides is finished to perfect size, not usually done by competitors.

      CuZnAl-alloy Guides are with excellent wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. Used for highest stressed guides. While developing these valve guides, we pay care full attention to the accurate dimensions, so that they could meet with the OEM standards.

      Our valve guide has hardness in range of 160 225 BHN. ValveGuide has microstructure of matrix pearlite with 5% free ferrite.
