These Terms and Conditions are applicable every time you access our website and/or order goods from our website.

Before proceeding with an order you will be required to show that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions.

We recommend that you print a copy for your future reference.

Payment:

We accept Credit & Debit Card payments via PayPal and bank wire or Payoneer Local Bank transfer In USD, GBP, EURO, AUD and CAD.

The cards that we accept are, (Master Card / Visa / Maestro/ American Express etc). Orders will not be processed until the funds have cleared in full.

Where a payment is made and a customer cancels the order or changes their mind please note that merchant service fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the total refunded.

Order Notes.:

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in US Dollars. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with your transaction and order reference numbers. At this stage an order can be added too or amended.We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error.

Delivery.

We aim International order to be dispatched within 7 working days after receipt of your confirmed order. Time scales may vary depending on location and service chosen upon checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and the details provided in your order form. We reserve the right to impose a service charge to cover the cost of any action we may take to ensure the safe delivery of your order when supplied customer details are incorrect. We will be entitled to charge you with any costs incurred by us in respect of any missed, incorrect or insufficient address details supplied.

Delivery Terms:

The Delivery terms of all Shipments are C & F i.e. Cost and Fright only.

In case there are any import duty or custom duty or any such charges will be payable by the buyer. The buyer is responsible to clear the goods. In case buyer is unable to clear the goods through customs due to improper paper work or non-payment of Duties and the shipment is returned or destoryed such shipments will not be liable for any refund or claims through PayPal and deemd as Delivered.

Credit Card Security.

At the check out stage, you will be passed on to our Secure Order Processing page via Sage Pay, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Shortages & Damage In Transit.

Any shortages damages or dissatisfaction of delivered items must be notified to Dev Precision Engineers within two working days of delivery. We will not be held liable for shortages, damages or issues related to cosmetic finish notified after this period. We strongly advises that all goods delivered are (where possible) thoroughly inspected upon delivery prior to signing any delivery manifest for the goods as “received in satisfactory condition”. Dev Precision Engineers will not be held liable for goods damaged during delivery if the delivery agents manifest is not marked accordingly.

Returns & Guarantee.

We want every item you purchase from us to match your expectations. We simply ask that you follow these guidelines to help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible. The customer may only return products to Dev Precision Engineers, and receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions:-

Returns are only possible in case coustomer is willing to bear the return shipping cost for the item, else the buyer will be refunded for the basic item cost without shipping cost or will be supplied with a replacement item.

This returns policy excludes calibrated products and specially manufactured

All new products manufactured or sold by Dev Precision Engineers are guaranteed free from defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship

All custom built or prepared items and special order items (Manufactured to your specification) and supplied with a limited parts only guarantee. As we are manufacturing goods to your specification we cannot offer any form of refund on these items. We do not accept ANY returns unless pre-arranged by us. All payments done on cancelled orders are non refundable.

Right To Cancel Under The Consumer Regulations.

You have a right to cancel this Order or contract uptill goods are processed in custom orders or shipped

Where You Do Not Have A Right To Cancel

You are free to cancel the order before its shippped or where goods have been personalised or coustomised to your requirements then you will not be entitled to cancel the order.

Technical Advice & Product Suitability.

Technical information is given in good faith. It is considered the responsibility of the customer to ascertain suitability of a product for any specific purpose.Guarantee shall not be affected by and no obligation or liability shall result from providing technical advice or service in connection with the customer’s order or the goods supplied.

Remedies & Damages.

Dev Precision Engineersshall not incur any liability under the above guarantee

Unlawful Or Prohibited Use.

You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm Dev Precision Engineers or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others.
